As a practicing psychotherapist (rather than a psychologist), I draw on a holistic framework instead of a medical/ diagnostic approach. I constantly try to shift my focus between subjectivity and objectivity to attempt to tune in to your experience, as well as attain external insight.

I see therapy not as ‘doctor-patient’ scenario but rather as two colleagues ‘tackling a problem together’. The aim is to connect with you on an emotional /intellectual/experiential and/or spiritual level, therefore allowing your issues to be explored with a level of subjectivity and always with a high degree of compassionate understanding.

In regards to psychedelic support, my own extensive experience with MDMA, psilocybin, LSD, ayahuasca and DMT; through recreational use, self-experimentation, guided healing and shamanic ceremonies, can be used to assist your process.

My deep rooted belief in the healing potential of these medicines, together with the understanding of psychosomatic science, transpersonal psychology, shamanic rituals, set, setting, preparation and integration, can become a part of the support framework as you undertake your own journey with psychedelics; offering an open minded, judgement-free, compassionate and confidential solution.
